A Few Words

About Us

Odeibea Foundation is a passionate non-governmental organization dedicated to community advocacy on female reproductive healthcare, women empowerment, environmental and climate change. We operate in an environment where multiple critical challenges intersect, affecting the lives of women and communities in Ghana. These challenges include the adverse impacts of climate change, limited access to reproductive health rights, issues within food systems, and the persistent need for women’s empowerment. Women, especially those in vulnerable and rural communities, endure the most of these issues, leading to profound disparities and challenges in their lives.

Our mission is to forge a path towards a better tomorrow by bridging the gap between rural communities and health care experts, with a special focus on educating women on the causes, symptoms and prevention of ectopic pregnancy, women empowerment and climate change.

Our vision at Odeibea Foundation is to create a holistic and sustainable future for women and communities in Ghana. We aspire to be a catalyst for positive change in addressing the interconnected challenges of climate change, reproductive health rights and women’s empowerment.

The overarching aim of Odeibea Foundation is to promote positive change and sustainable development by addressing climate change at the community level, ectopic pregnancy and other reproductive health challenges and fostering women empowerment. We strive to create a future where women are empowered, communities are resilient to environmental changes, and everyone has access to equitable resources and opportunities
